CHANGES IN THE INDUSTRY STRUCTURE OF EMPLOYMENT OF THE POPULATION OF KAZAKHSTAN DURING PERIODS OF TURBULENCE IN THE FOREIGN ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

The article examines the influence of strong external factors on the change in the sectoral structure of employment in Kazakhstan. Changes in the number and proportion of employees by type of economic activity, the movement of the labor force in years when there was a strong impact on the economy of external factors, as well as the impact on the change in the number of employees of wage parameters in the same years are analyzed. Based on the analysis, a number of features of the reaction of the Kazakhstani labor market to external shocks were identified and conclusions were drawn regarding changes in its structure during periods of strong turbulence in external conditions.
