Abstract

This article analyzes the relevance of holding think tank forums in modern conditions, characterized by complex global challenges and changes. The main attention is paid to expert dialogue platforms held by the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Central Asian Security and Cooperation Forum. The authors of the article emphasize the importance of the second track of diplomacy and the exchange of expert opinions to strengthen cooperation and solve pressing global and regional problems.
