Abstract

The article presents a detailed analysis of the implementation of next-generation qualification standards in the higher education system of Kazakhstan. The study is based on international experience, national data, and current trends in the educational sphere. Particular attention is given to the key aspects of digital transformation in education, such as the integration of modern teaching methods, the adoption of innovative technologies, the development of digital infrastructure, and the enhancement of professional competencies of educators. The author highlights the impact of these new standards on the quality of specialist training and their alignment with the demands of the global labor market and digital economy. The challenges of adapting educational programs to the needs of a rapidly evolving technological world and the necessity of developing ICT competencies among both students and teachers are also considered. In conclusion, the article provides recommendations for further improvement of educational standards and strengthening the competitiveness of graduates on the international stage, making it valuable for practitioners and researchers in the field of education.
