Abstract
This article examines the concept, structure and key mechanisms of people’s diplomacy in Kazakhstan, which is relevant given the growing importance of establishing a dialogue with a wide audience. The study clarifies the conceptual distinctions between people’s, public, and citizen diplomacy and identifies the main actors involved, including government institutions, the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, NGOs, and diasporas. Using system analysis and comparative analysis the study systematizes the main tools used by people’s diplomacy. Attention is focused on the implementation of people’s diplomacy tools to promote Kazakhstan's national interests by fostering effective communication with the public both domestically and internationally. The findings emphasize the importance of strengthening the practice of people’s diplomacy as a strategic component of Kazakhstan's international communications and internal stability.
