Abstract
COVID-19 has accelerated the process of digital transformation of education in various countries. Kazakhstan has actively developed education digitization in recent years, but faced with the sudden pandemic, many problems have emerged in the process of online education, which has exacerbated the inequality of educational resources in various regions, increased the cost of education, and it was also difficult to guarantee the effectiveness of online classes. This paper discusses the dilemma of the digital transformation of education in Kazakhstan and through the study of international experience, understands the required safeguard measures, and finally puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to continue to promote the educational infrastructure of new educational infrastructure, build and share high-quality educational resources, and improve teachers' information literacy training system.
