Abstract
To date, the global financial environment has accumulated considerable experience in the creation and management of Sovereign wealth fund assets. Modern national/sovereign funds are institutional investors, active participants in financial markets. Moreover, national/sovereign funds are becoming development instruments, performing anti-crisis and social functions.
