Abstract
This paper explores the relevance of the formation of a new worldview paradigm in the analysis of conceptual provisions on the issues of statesmanship, further liberalization of the political system, de-monopolization of the economy, and socialization of citizens in the modernization process in Kazakhstan. Considerable attention has been given to the study of political figures in the new context of social and political partnerships. There are characteristics, idiosyncrasies and distinctive features in the context of the development of a multi-ethnic society are revealed. The study's conclusions point to the importance of media tools as part of the technology of political action and emphasize the important place of mass media and communication at the level of contemporary political activity. The results of this paper will help develop new directions in image technology for political activism.
