Abstract

The article presents the results of the first stage of monitoring current trends in the educational space, determined by pandemic circumstances. The purpose of this stage was to comprehend the process of transformation of education, characterized by the strengthening of the role of information technology, as well as to form an idea of the satisfaction of students and teachers with the quality of online learning. The research included two directions. The “office” part made it possible to conduct a comparative analysis of higher education models in the pre-pandemic and current period. The field studies included both quantitative and qualitative measurements. In the first case, a survey of students of higher educational institutions was conducted, in the second - structured interviews with representatives of the teaching community.
