Abstract
This article is an overview. In order to identify the factors affecting the quality of higher education in the Republic of Kazakhstan, we have conducted a comprehensive analysis of the quality of higher education in the Republic of Kazakhstan. We considered the main groups of factors that determine the quality of higher education: academic standards and accreditation, courses and programs of study, employment of graduates, etc. A number of studied factors have a significant impact on its level, such factors include professional qualification of teachers, their active participation in scientific research, relevance of educational programs that meet the needs of the labor market and scientific achievements. In addition, it is important to have modern infrastructure and technical resources for effective teaching and research work in higher education institutions in Kazakhstan. The study of the influence of these factors will allow a deeper understanding of the main sides of the problem and develop effective strategies to solve it, adequate funding and management of universities, contributing to their development and improving the quality of higher education in Kazakhstan.The positive impact of international cooperation and experience exchange with leading foreign universities on the quality of education has been identified and investigated.
The comparative analysis of factors influencing the quality of education in the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the world community has been carried out, common trends, various approaches to assessing the quality of higher education, each of which reflects unique historical, cultural and political contexts have been revealed. Recommendations for improving the quality of higher education in the Republic of Kazakhstan based on the world experience are proposed
